All of us at The White Dress are delighted to welcome our next Bride of the Month, Amy!  We loved working with Amy on her wedding dress journey, from the moment she said “yes!” to her final fitting.  Her beautiful outdoor wedding was captured by  Melissa Gregersen Photography and we can’t wait to share these photos with you!

Amy and Aaron’s wedding took place in August 2018 at the Fetzer Center at Western Michigan University, where Amy and her husband Aaron met! We must credit the amazing photos of Amy and Aaron’s wedding day to Melissa Gregersen Photography.

{How sweet it is to marry your significant other where you first met!}

What is the most memorable moment of your wedding day? 

“Having a first look with my father. This helped to calm my emotions and to take a deep breath and embrace such a special day. Also, seeing my husband crying as I walked down the aisle made me feel even more beautiful and loved. Additionally, I loved that our wedding vows were contemporary and personalized with humor.”

If you could relive your day again, what would you do differently? 

“I would not be so stressed up until the the day and morning of my wedding. I would also have set aside more time to take in the day with my significant other since it is too easy to get caught up in the day with seeing and talking to all your loved ones who came to support and celebrate with you.”

What advice would you give to future brides? 

“Take in and embrace the moment with one another. Don’t over-stress and remember everyone is there because they love you!”
